BOOKING INFORMATION and TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Choosing a Course:
To help you find the right course, we have added a simple PDF table that you can find in The RYA & National Sailing & Powerboat Schemes to the right, which will give you a quick guide to what course you should start/continue with.  Once you have made your choice of course and dates, and have read the booking conditions, fill out the online booking form, a secure html, and submit. Alternatively, there is a printable version you can post. To check course suitability or availability either download the 2007 Course Timetables or Contact Us. We regret that provisional bookings cannot be accepted.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be arranged for any special occasions. Available online with seasonal special offers. Just fill in the booking form, requesting a voucher either for a specified amount (minimum £25) or course/s of your choice, and we will send you the voucher in the name of whoever you nominate. These may only be exchanged for a course at SailCraft, but they are transferable from one course to another. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

Safety:
In addition to enjoyment and learning new skills, safety is of paramount importance on all SailCraft courses. Clearly, watersports and other adventurous activities are hazardous by their nature and participants, parents or guardians must accept that there are inevitable risks of bumps and scrapes, which happen during the thrills and spills of fast moving activities.
To manage the risks so far as we are able SailCraft:

  • Only employs qualified and experienced staff.
  • Provides a range of quality personal protective and safety equipment for participants’ comfort and security.
  • Teaches to national governing body recommendations and guidelines, in small groups.
  • Ensures robust safety systems which have been inspected by the RYA and AALA.
  • Reserves the right to modify or cancel an activity if we feel there are unmanageable risks.
